Subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions (Promotion Terms), the Ricoh Black Friday Access Cashback is valid on purchases of new Ricoh products as defined at Table 1 below (Qualifying Products) made between 1st December 2018 and 31st December 2018 (Promotional Period) for all Territories. The amount of cashback reward (Reward) will vary depending on the particular Qualifying Product purchased as detailed in Condition 2 below. (Promotion).
  1. This Promotion is open to businesses registered in one of the following countries: Poland, Spain, Germany, France, Netherlands or Switzerland (Territories) or individuals over the age of 18 resident in the Territories (Participant) who purchase a new Qualifying Product as defined at Table 1 from any retailer (Qualifying Retailer).
  2. To qualify under the Promotion, Participants must purchase Qualifying Products during the Promotional Period from a Qualifying Retailer. The Reward amount the Participant is entitled to shall vary depending on the exact purchase date of the Qualifying Product as shown in Table 1 below.

  3. This Promotion cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer or Promotion, either from the Promoter or any other third party.
  4. To participate in the Promotion after purchasing a Qualifying Product in accordance with Condition 2, Participants must visit [promotions.ricoh-europe.com] then complete the presented online application form with the requested information including their valid Proof of Purchase (Claim) no later than 30 days from the date of purchase (Claim Period) meaning that the final Claim date for purchases made on the 31st December 2018 will be 23:59 (local time) on the 30th January 2019. For avoidance of doubt the purchase date shall count as day 1 (one).
  5. On validation of a Claim, the Participant shall be notified via email within 5 days. (Claim Validation)
  6. If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly the Participant will be notified via the email address provided during the Claim process within 5 days of their Claim submission (Notification Email). Where the Participant has not received the Notification Email within 5 days of their Claim Submission it shall be the Participant’s sole responsibility to contact the Promoter at help@ricoh-promotions.com . Failure to do shall result in the Participant’s Claim being rejected.
  7. Participants will have 7 days from the receipt of the Notification Email to provide any requested information. If the Participant fails to provide said information within this time limit their Claim shall be marked invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
  8. A maximum of 10 Claims can be made per Participant. Only 1 Claim can be made per purchase of a Qualifying Product.
  9. Presuming full compliance with these Promotion Terms the Promoter shall pay the Participant the Reward value in accordance with Table 1 in their local currency within 28 days of Claim Validation.
  10. Rewards are inclusive of all taxes. Where the Reward constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the Participant.
  11. By completing the Claim process, Participants confirm their acceptance of these Promotion Terms.
  12. Return of Qualifying Products following a Claim will disentitle the Participant to the Reward.
  13. This offer is not open to employees of Ricoh Europe PLC, their agents, distributors, resellers or anyone connected with the Promotion. Claims must be submitted by the end user Participant only. Third parties may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.

  15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, improper, altered or illegible claims.
  16. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the Participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
  17. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this Promotion and future Ricoh promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
  18. The Promoter may declare this Promotion to be void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
  19. The decisions of the Promoter in respect of any and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.
  20. Ricoh reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this Promotion without notice.

  23. This Promotion is subject to the law of England and Wales. In the case of any dispute relating to these Promotion Terms, the English version available HERE shall be considered to be the dominant version.
