1. Subject to the following terms and conditions, the Ricoh Perseus Cashback is valid on new purchases of Ricoh qualifying products made during the promotional period. The cashback rewards may vary by the qualifying product purchased. The qualifying products, rewards and promotional periods are detailed on the Qualifying Products page on this website.
  2. This promotion is valid for an end customer in respect of a purchase of a qualifying product from an official Ricoh partner. Should you have any queries regarding whether your seller is an official Ricoh partner, please email help@ricoh-promotions.com. Purchases made through other channels, or for resale, will not be eligible for cash back.
  3. A maximum of ten qualifying product cash back claims can be made per household or business during the promotional period. Only one claim may be made in relation to any given product.
  4. This promotion cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer.
  5. The promotion is open to residents of UK only.
  6. To participate in the promotion, customers must complete the online claim form no earlier than 30 days and no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. The purchase date is counted as day one.
  7. Customers must upload a valid proof of purchase (for example, their invoice) when completing their application form.
  8. Please allow 30 days for receipt of bank transfer payment from acknowledgment of your successful claim.
  9. Cash backs are inclusive of all taxes. Where this cash back payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
  10. By completing the claim process, customers confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  11. Return of qualifying products following purchase or submission of the claim for the cash back promotion will disentitle the customer to the cash back.
  12. This offer is not open to employees of Ricoh Europe PLC, their agents, distributors, resellers or anyone connected with the promotion. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Dealers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.

  16. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of Ricoh and will not be returned.
  17. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future Ricoh promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
  18. Ricoh may declare this promotion to be void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
  19. The decisions of Ricoh in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
